Om. Welcome to Equilibria Yoga & Psychology. I am SO glad you have found your way here.
Welcome to this portal from where my team and I pour our hearts and souls to share & offer teachings of yoga and modern psychology to help you live your most abundant life.
Why have I made my life's purpose to educate my students about yoga and psychology? Because I've built resiliency by softening my heart in the face of my own mental health struggles. Because I have a long and complicated relationship with mental illness and I have practiced applying mastery to living a life in joy and peace of heart as the ebb & flow of life washes over us.
It is my life's purpose to share the gifts of yoga and modern psychology and be in service of humanity in this way. To spread love, light, and healing.
What you focus on becomes your reality. We must apply discipline to focus our minds on the qualities we want to bring into our lives.
Meditate on peace and patience.
Meditate on joy. Chant Hanuman's mantra: Om Sri Hanumate Namaha. It is said to bring instantly all the joy and the love Hanuman's heart held for Lord Rama and Sita. He was a True Devotee to Lord Rama, his dharma, his life's Highest Purpose.
A sure way to find your way out of patterns of anxiety and depression is to increase your awareness. Yoga is a practice of awareness, one of the many reasons I love it so much.
Only with awareness, can begin any new transformation.
